Joy Namunoga
Joy Namunoga is a policy strategy and governance professional with more than a decade of experience supporting public and nonprofit institutions to improve performance, accountability, and service delivery through evidence-informed decision-making. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and has conducted policy research and program evaluations across the United States and Africa. Her work spans governance reform, civic technology, economic opportunity, education policy, and institutional performance. Through Governance & Evidence Review, she writes about evidence-based policymaking, public systems, and the role of data and research in strengthening governance and expanding opportunity. Governance & Evidence Review builds on earlier writing that focused on open data, transparency, and accountability in Uganda.
